Israeli Rage Against the French Ambassador for Refusing to Compare Between the Terror Attack in USA and the Palestinian Struggle

[Nazareth September 15^th Wafa] Mr. Jack Hontseifer the French Ambassador's statement, in which he refused to compare the criminal attacks in the USA, to the alleged attacks against Israel, have created a grand wave of angry reactions among the Israeli political leaders.

In a banquet organized by the Israeli President Mr. Katsav for the Jewish New Year, Mr. Hontseifer said: "We all condemn the terror committed by some groups, but this terror connected with Israeli-Palestinian dispute, should be solved, and can not be compared with the tragic events took place in the USA".

He added that such a comparison is considered politically irresponsible, and the dispute should be worked out, and soon for the benefit of the two sides.
